Staff Background

Karen E. Wells-Krusell has been practicing family law in Michigan since 1989. She started her own family law firm in February of 1995. Prior to a career in Law, she taught in the public schools of Michigan for 18 years. She also worked in Public Relations for 2 years. Her degrees include:

Elizabeth Mench has 17 years of banking and business development experience. She has also served as Clerk for over 4 years on her township board. Community involvement with businesses and individuals has been a vital part of her career as well as her personal life.

Leasha Padgett has 12 years of paralegal service. She has experience in personal injury, workers' compensation, Social Security, bankruptcy, and, most recently, family law. She has been a member of the Gaylord Little League Board since 2005, and currently serves as Treasurer.
